What is your return/exchange policy?Updated 4 months ago

We aim to make the return and exchange process as easy as possible for our customers. If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect item, or are missing parts, please contact Customer Support for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or the missing parts to be sent to you at no extra cost.

For returns, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

For exchanges, place a new order for the item you want and then create a return in our Returns Center to receive a return merchandise authorization. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund in accordance with our policy.

If you need to make a return, you can do so by visiting our Returns Center to initiate your return and receive a merchandise authorization. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

Please note that customized or special order items may not be eligible for return or exchange, and we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
