If you need to update the billing or shipping address for your recent purchase, please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order directly. However, updating your shipping address is sometimes possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.

You can contact customer support with your order number and the new address that you’d like to update to. If the order has not shipped, our customer support team will make every attempt to update the address for you and confirm it has been done.
