Order with incorrect address/shipped to incorrect locationUpdated 3 months ago
When an order is placed you are first asked for the shipping/delivery address. This is the address your item is destined for. The billing address defaults to your shipping address. If your item is in transit or delivered to the incorrect address that was not your shipping/delivery address please contact our support through chat or select "help center" at the bottom of the page to find our email and phone address if chat is inconvenient for you.
In some cases, orders that are in route may be able to be re-routed if caught in time, but this is not guaranteed by the carrier.
